In September 2020, Sekolah Sri UCSI Springhill was registered as one of the 328 schools in Malaysia to run the WWF Eco-Schools programme. It was an exciting time to embrace the challenge and improve the local and global environment through education and practical action. We aim to empower our students to take the lead in creating an environmentally conscious community, developing leadership skills, and cultivating innovative thinking through the design of the intervention activities. We also hope that Sekolah Sri UCSI Springhill will be recognised as an environmentally sustainable school in Negeri Sembilan.

Despite school’s closure this year and after nearly two terms of hard work and dedication in completing the seven steps of the Eco-Schools process, we are delighted to announce that we have received the Eco-Schools Bronze Award!

With our involvement in the Eco-Schools programme, our students will become environmentally literate citizens who understand their relationship with the world.

A heartfelt thank you to all members of our community for the efforts and time dedicated to turning our school into a greener place.
