At Sekolah Sri UCSI Springhill, we are utilising the best of our tools and techniques with the rise of e-learning during this COVID-19 pandemic, and creating sustainable practices by increasing student engagement and instructional personalisation. Blended learning is not a new concept, it is now an instructional innovation that we are uniquely positioning to adopt in our classrooms.

We are pleased to share that our teachers have completed a course under Microsoft Education on best strategies for hybrid, remote and blended learning. Our teachers are able to identify multiple models of blended learning and how they can support student learning, determine which technology tools best match the learning goals for different parts of the blended learning model, and lastly develop a plan for reflecting on and refining assessment tasks.

At Sekolah Sri UCSI Springhill, we are using Microsoft Teams Online Classroom as a tool for course curriculum, daily lesson plan, to the details of the assignment workflow. From introducing a topic to assessing it, everything has a place in Microsoft Teams.

Educators are lifelong learners. We are delighted to share that our teachers have completed a module recently under Microsoft Education to strengthen their skills in demonstrating, creating, distributing, collecting, and grading assignments with the objective to allow the feedback process via Microsoft Teams to be more effective for our educators, as well as meaningful for our students.
