We are proud to announce that Sekolah Menengah Sri UCSI Springhill is selected as one of the Malaysia Future Leaders School (MFLS) Programme whereby we are part of the only 36 private schools in the country that are eligible for the programme.
MFLS is a programme designed by the Institute of Leadership Excellence and Development under the Ministry of Youth & Sports, and its strategic partners such as Ministry of Education (MOE) and Outward-Bound School. This programme aims to highlight the young people’s potentials as strategic partners in developing the country based on the Federal Constitution and principles of the Rukun Negara (National Principles).
Students that are selected to join the programme are offered a mentor-mentee programme with influential individuals such as Ministers and Corporate members. They will undergo training and internship programmes in and outside the country in addition to the in-house training and attachments at private and Government Linked Companies (GLC).
Participants of the programme will definitely acquire the best knowledge and training in becoming a leader of tomorrow.
