Sharini holds a B.Sc. in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Brigham Young University of Hawaii, with minors in Theatre and Social Work. She has experience in education, school counselling, special needs education, behavioural therapy, dance and theatre.

She is passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that encourage students to develop confidence, creativity, communication and teamwork. Her background in psychology and counselling enables her to approach student development with empathy and understanding, while her experience in theatre and dance allows her to incorporate creativity and self-expression into the learning environment.

Sharini believes in nurturing students’ individual strengths and creating a supportive environment where they feel encouraged to express themselves, collaborate with others and grow in confidence.
